We are excited to announce our new partnership with Cyprus Blockchain Association (CBA).
CBA is an official community promoting blockchain technologies in Cyprus. It unities blockchain experts, regulators, and institutions as well as blockchain enthusiasts and provides them with the access to the network base, companies, and partners, aiming to create one hub for all distributed technologies in Cyprus. CBA is also focused on blockchain knowledge promotion, research and development, providing network members with the professional guidance, elevation of the innovative tech, and participation in international bodies. It partners with 20+ national associations all over the world, including collaborations with incubators and accelerators, international companies, and access to international blockchain projects and capital.
The President of CBA, Yiannis Menelaou, is an investments and digital finance expert who has also partaken in the foundation of the European BlockTech Federation. He acts as a strategy advisor for business and compliance operations to fintech projects and has helped more than 150 blockchain projects and companies raise millions in capital. Currently, Yiannis acts as a Digital Currency and Blockchain lecturer at the University of Nicosia, is a board member of numerous fintech groups, and serves as a keynote speaker and lecturer to professional bodies and prestigious global events all over the world (e.g. in France, Russia, Japan, Serbia, Greece, Slovakia, Cyprus, etc).
By cooperating with CBA, FutureBlock aims to help it develop Capresian startups. We’ll also contribute to CBA network’s expansion, introducing FutureBlock portfolio companies and partners to it. In its turn, CBA will provide FutureBlock with the access to more European startups, experts, and partners and share its blockchain knowledge with our community members.
We believe this cooperation will lay the ground for building important connections in Cyprus and promote distributed technologies among our communities.
